A re-brand of a waterfront condo location that included the Fairmont Battery Wharf Hotel, Sensing restaurant and Exhale Spa.
Battery Wharf was a more typical luxury condominium and hotel
project. The challenge here was a secluded, not-very-noticeable
location on a previously industrial section of Boston’s North End
waterfront. The location also provided the opportunity to take
advantage of the North End’s European heritage and ambiance.
We positioned Battery Wharf as an exclusive private enclave with
European sophistication.

The location also provided the opportunity to take advantage of the North End’s European heritage and ambiance. We chose various locations that could be compared to famous European destinations such as Paris, Portofino and Venice. Each focusing on how much Battery Wharf was similar.
Stephen Sherman’s warm, fashion-oriented photography and Margie Eis Aghion’s brilliant styling brought our concepts to life as we shot on location in and around Battery Wharf.
The gorgeous brochure was as much about placemaking as about Battery Wharf itself. It fully described the luxe condos and amenities, but it also paid special attention to the location on Boston Harbor. and the proximity to the North End neighborhood. We created a stunning oversized folder that held a multi-level page brochure with half pages focusing on specific amenities.
