LIFE SHOULD BE FUN. SERIOUSLY.

Seriously chic condominiums

Developed by The Fallon Company, this is the third and final residential building on Fan Pier. We crafted a refined brand narrative and visual identity for One Harbor Shore, transforming Boston’s last waterfront opportunity into a symbol of elevated Seaport living. Sales & Marketing by TCC.

Inspired by the dynamic relationship between water and sky, our design reflects the shifting light and essence of Boston Harbor. The logo and brand identity capture the reflections and changing light across the harbor, from sunrise to sunset, seen in the reflections on glass buildings and boats in the marina.

By incorporating the gradient patterns across all the marketing materials we reinforced the idea of reflection, both internally as you watch the sunrise over morning coffee, and externally as the light changes throughout the day.

Through strategic storytelling, we highlighted its unparalleled views, legacy of excellence, and effortless luxury—positioning it as the defining final chapter of this iconic waterfront.

Our construction signage goes beyond information—it’s a bold extension of our brand. Featuring vibrant imagery and playful, pithy messaging like Eat dessert first, the fence embodies our tagline, Life should be fun. Seriously. This engaging design not only builds anticipation but also turns the site into a dynamic marketing tool, attracting passersby and reinforcing our identity long before the project is complete.
